02 / WHAT WE CUT

THE RIGHT START
FOR YOUR BUILD.

Laser cutting turns your design into the profiles and features your project needs. We review each part against the material, geometry and next stage of fabrication.

01 / PLATE

PLATES &
CONNECTIONS

Base plates, fixing plates and connection components for steelwork and general fabrication. Plate suitability is reviewed for each enquiry.

02 / PROFILE

CUSTOM
PROFILES

Project-specific outlines, cut-outs and shaped blanks made around your drawing, dimensions and intended application.

03 / DETAIL

HOLES &
SLOTS

Hole patterns, slots and internal features to support fit-up and assembly. Flag critical dimensions and mating parts for review.

04 / PRODUCTION

ONE-OFFS &
REPEAT PARTS

Individual components or batches of matching parts. Include quantities and drawing revisions so the scope is clear from the start.

Material thickness, part size, tolerances and edge requirements are confirmed during quotation.

03 / MATERIALS

CHOOSE THE METAL.
DEFINE THE DETAIL.

Specify the material grade and thickness on your enquiry. The cutting approach and suitability depend on your selected metal and part design.

MILD STEEL

For structural connection parts, brackets, base plates and general fabrication components.

STAINLESS STEEL

For components where corrosion resistance or appearance matters. Include grade and surface finish requirements.

ALUMINIUM

For lightweight custom parts and fabrication blanks. Specify alloy, thickness and any further forming requirements.

Need a particular grade or thickness? Send the specification with your drawing so we can review it.

06 / COMMON QUESTIONS

BEFORE YOU
SEND IT THROUGH.

What thicknesses and tolerances can you cut?

These depend on the material, grade, part size and geometry. Send your drawing and mark the dimensions that matter most. We confirm suitability and achievable requirements during quotation.

Can I enquire without a finished CAD file?

Yes. Share a dimensioned sketch, sample details or a project brief, together with material and quantity. We can review what further information is needed before production.

Can you quote one-off parts and repeat batches?

Yes. Include the quantity for each part and whether you expect repeat orders. Pricing and production timing are reviewed around the actual scope.

Can cutting be combined with other fabrication?

Include your bending, welding, machining, finishing or assembly requirements in the enquiry. We review these alongside the cut parts so the agreed scope covers the next steps.

How do I send drawings and confirm delivery?

Email your files using the address below. Include your contact details, delivery postcode and target date. Production timing and delivery arrangements are confirmed as part of the quotation process.
